A tipster sent images to the web technology 9to5 Mac yesterday stating that the photos of an employee of Apple's iPhone 5.
The informant sent the photos of the site of a man who says he was an Apple employee, bent on using a new device that matched previous descriptions of what the iPhone 5 may seem.
9to5 Mac in contact with the informant after receiving the photos and to verify the authenticity of the claims. According to the site of the claim was credible and it is believed that the image shows a prototype of the iPhone 5.
"He said he was able to get a very good device, but they snapped images do not do justice," writes Seth Weintraub of 9to5 Mac
The site claims the informant owned an iPhone 3GS and 4 and he saw clearly was not one of them, nor was it an iPod Touch since the backup was black with an Apple logo, an aspect not suitable for the appearance of Touch. They also claim that the device was too thin and flat that an iPhone 3G and too rounded to be an iPhone 4.
