[news] Tottenham mob violence loom over papers

The Daily Telegraph says that the riots were orchestrated use of mobile phones.

Similarly, the Daily Express reports that the destruction was driven by the use of Twitter and other social media.

The Sun says the children of seven years "joined the orgy of street violence," while The Guardian says that the riots were the worst since Brixton in 1981.

Several works focus on the controversial meeting in the fatal shooting by police of Mark Duggan Thursday.

The Times, The Guardian and the Daily Mail report on all initial ballistics tests a bullet found lodged in a radio used by an officer during the incident on Thursday.

The evidence suggested that police-issue and was therefore not fired by Mr. Duggan.
