"I'm sore from training, but I feel great," Wilson said.
Although no specific targets for weight loss, Mr. Wilson, 35, considered himself "morbid obesity", weighing 240 kg, when he began training in September 2010.
"I had no set goal or part time, but I knew this was the right thing to do," he said.
"I got the goal about 31 to lose weight in 35 and I've almost done."
