Bob Burnquist raised her 2010 silver medal to a gold medal in the Skateboard Big Air competition at X Games 17. While the rest of the drivers managed to complete only four races, Burnquist landed two on your own, get the two highest scores of the day.
540-degree turn Burnquist followed by a rotation of 540 degrees which rose more than 16 feet above the quarterpipe earned him the victory scoring 92.66. Earlier, the Brazilian had achieved a 180 over the gap of 70 feet without grabbing his board and then a 540 with a double grip on the quarterpipe.
